1.2 mol of refined peroxyoctanoic acid is put into the reaction kettle, dichloromethane is added, stirred and dissolved, and 2.4 mol of dichlorosulfoxide is added dropwise. After dropping, samples were taken for observation after reflux for about 6 h, and the end point was when the reactants formed a homogeneous phase. Evaporate the solvent and unreacted dichlorous inkstone, and distill under reduced pressure to obtain the acid chlorination product (perdeuterium octanoyl chloride).
Add 1 mol of N,N-dimethylpropanediamine into the amidation reactor, add petroleum ether, stir and dissolve, then cool to 0 ℃, and add perfluorooctyl chloride (0.5 mol) dropwise. After dropping, stir and react for 5~6 h. Filter while hot to remove insoluble matter. The filtrate is sent to the distillation kettle to evaporate the solvent. The amidation products (N,N-dimethyl, N'-perfluorooctylpropylenediamine) were collected by vacuum distillation.
The equimolar N,N-dimethyl, N'-perfluorooctanoylmalondiamine and methyl iodide were successively put into the reaction kettle. Add butanone to dissolve, add a catalyst amount of sodium carbonate, and stir at room temperature for a day and night. The product is obtained by standing for crystallization, filtration, harsh washing and vacuum drying.
